AA, RAC AND AFTER MARKET WARRANTY REPAIRS
If your Peugeot gearbox has failed and you have a warranty with the AA or RAC or similar we can arrange for the gearbox to be collected from your local garage or main dealer. Acting as liaison we strip, report and make available for the appointed assessor to inspect, pending the claim and subsequent authorised repairs or replacement.

Price adjustment effective 25/04/2017. Includes Bearings, Synchro’s & seals, excludes gears hubs and shafts when available or re-engineered or modified gears. Modified gears are £150 + vat per gear and are done “in-house”. There are 5 Gears that can be modified when the sintered brass wears off. Reverse Is straight cut [no mods]. The fix is for crunching only our engineered solution does not fix jumping out of gear.
The ML types will increase in price in 2020 due to the cost of engineering tooling costs possibly by as much as 15%
Campers fitted with the MG5T [ diff is integral ] limited options but in most cases can be fixed. They are harder to source parts than the more common ML 5 speed type. MG5T’S are commonly fitted with Pull Type clutches.
On all campers make sure the scuttle drain is working correctly and the pipe runs clears of the gearbox selector
