Moving into the realm of commercials we recently repaired an Isuzu n35 Gearbox for a main dealer. We were advised of the fault which was crunching into 2nd gear, on inspection it was clearly evident that the synchro had bottomed out due to wear and tear and was no longer able to slow the gear down, hence the crunching or some may say grinding. Easy fix with the main dealer supplying the OE parts. We just bill for labour.
